Messed up a bit with the diet this week. Eating way too much homemade bread and rolls. Ever heard of the Diet Solution? It has been too long...
I haven't been on the treadmill forever. Tonight I walked about 3 miles an hour for 30 minuets. I am so out of shape that it is disgusting. It may take me several months to walk myself healthier. I have about 75 pounds to lose and the goal is to lose them by December.
